Title: backup error

When backing up the system it requests the "identitydb.obj" file be placed on the management computers file system.
where do I find the identidb.obj? I can't find download links.
Can I copy an old identitydb.obj-file?
It also does not provide a location as to which to copy it to on a Windows 10 machine.

What version of 3300 and browser are you using? Sounds more like a browser issue
