We updated our Line Group 1 call flow with different menu options, but the changes are not working when placing a test call. It's acting like it's still using the "old" call flow.
I've been working with our provider on a "test" call flow and finally got that working, but when copying it to the Line Group 1 flow - it seems to not have updated.
Any idea what I'm missing?

This has been resolved. We determined Line Group 1 was actually not being used. There was a mailbox that transferred to IVR. Long story, but setup 4 years ago was a convoluted mess.

I almost responded yesterday asking if LG 1 was definitely having the calls routed to it, but didn't want to suggest something you might have already ruled out.
