When we log into the OAISYS-RECORDER application on a new computer, we get this error:
Error Loading call visualization: Object Reference not set to an instance of an object.
That error comes up when we log in and we are using the SSO integration with Active Directory. Please help :)

This was actually resolved by installing the Mitel Customer Service Manager program and that must have installed some other apps that allow the OAISYS-RECORDER to work properly.
