Title: Auto Attendant Greeting play 3 times before transfer to the operator

Hi Mitel freinds.
I am having an issue with Auto Attendant.
The auto attendant greeting play 3 times before transfer to the operator.
Is there an option in the programming that the auto attendant greeting play only 1 time before transfer to the operator ?

Please advise.

What is the transfer type of your Auto Attendant?
