In Management Studio there was a button to press to view the screen recordings, customer is telling me the button is not on the screen anymore.
They are running a bugged version where the CTSDevices database gets full and needs to be shrunk and they do have alarms that the CTSDevices database is full.

Could you please confirm that the user have appropriate permission to use that function?
Do they did shrink on their database? and after that they faced the mentioned issue?
