Upgraded the controller from a 6 version to the 8 version but when you try to access online help it say unavailable or something like that.
Is the controller Offline??
What is the precondition to access the online help??

We might not have waited long enough. It is working properly now.

I ran into the same issue a couple of days ago. Seems like you have to wait as I did open a ticket, downloaded the help files from doc center, shared with customer. He responded that it was working correctly. So I closed my ticket Yes this was a 6 to 8 upgrade
