Title: Caller ID on POTS line

Hello,

What is the COS options or any other settings that must be enabled for Caller ID on POTs Lines? Carrier is sending Caller ID but we are not getting the number on the sets. We are just seeing the trunk label when calls come in or go out.

Also in the trunk COS, check that ANI/DNIS/ISDN Number Delivery Trunk is enabled.

I believe in Trunk Circuit Descriptor you need to CLASS Trunk = Yes
