Title: Recall timer issue

Hello,
I adjusted the hold timer to 500 seconds and the calls are still ringing back within 45 seconds. Is there any other setting that I need to adjust?

Hold timer is when placed on hold locally on the phone via the hold key, this and recall timer are based on the TRUNK's COS of the incoming call.
