Title: MiCollab Softphone conference call issues

We have version 9.1.311 of MiCollab and our softphone only users can not add or be added to on the fly conference calls. Has anyone else ran into this issue?  Our system is hosted by a third party and they have had no luck resolving this issue and it's been almost a year.  Does anyone here know what might be causing this?
