Title: Authentication key

Hi

I am sure there is a simple answer for this. I have a pc that's not been used for a couple of months and when i try to log into MiCollab its asking for me to enter an authentication key. The Pc is being used for testing so not assigned to anyone. Is the authentication key generated for the extension number we will use on this device? if so how do i generate or find it?

You have to re-deploy the user on the MiCollab server.
