				PBX has been upgraded to 9.1.2.4 and the Call Recording is at 7.3.
 
 I have tried restarting the services and set the new Shared System Option for CTI authentication to No in the PBX but I can't seem to get the CTI link to enable.
 
 Recording is done on the PRI but when I open Management Studio the Extension column shows the Trunk numbers instead of the extension numbers and I think it is due to the CTI Link being down.

				That's a big gap between the MiVB and recording versions, are you sure they're compatible?

				I think that might be it but was hoping there might be something I can do.   The call recording server will soon be upgraded as well.

				So I just checked the release notes and the minimum recommended MiVCR release for MiVB 9.1.2.4 is 9.0, so I'd get that MiVCR upgrade scheduled ASAP.
