I was able to purchase additional IP licenses from a 3rd party vendor, I was told that the" licenses have been assigned to my system and activate, and if I can sync them up. Licensing system page is attached for offline" and to forward the result back to the engineer. I'm again at a loss as I did not see anything in the manual in regards to this

I saw this, I was sent a PDF of the 200 ICP Feature Options Record: I enter the new MOC/Password off the PDF?
You have to go to form 4 (system options)
enter MOC
enter password
Save

Yeah, the SX-200 doesn't sync licenses online, never has and never will... You need the MOC code and password to enter into form 4, the MOC code should change any purchasable options values automatically, then enter the password, and save. If there is a problem an error will be presented.

I'll give it a try over the weekend.
Thanks again

I entered the new moc, ip devices and password, low and behold I get an error about too many devices. I'm betting the Vendor did not get me the updated licenses count. Keep you posted

Compare your MOSS sheet to what in Form 4 and what you should have...

New MOC
Line 114: Maximum IP sets 8
Since I requested max 248 (we have 220 now) it's on them for not ordering the correct number..

So they would have to be the vendor of record for your SysID, when you order more sets (28 it appears) then it would be applied to that record and a new MOSS sheet would be created with updated totals.
Correct, this is on your vendor.
