Title: Call Recording

When the customer looks at calls in Management Studio the Extension column is showing the Trunk number instead of the Extension Number.   Usually after a reboot the problem is fixed but a reboot didn't fix it this time.

They have a PRI and are recording at the trunk.

One user? Or multiple users with the same issue?

I'd uninstall Mgmt Studio and also delete the %userprofile%\appdata\local\apps\2.0 folder

Then reinstall Mgmt Studio, test.

If multiple users are impacted, then more likely something more in common.

Give it a go.
