Title: dect 112 on Mivoice 250 - No DTMF during calls
Post by: rick on June 23, 2021, 10:51:45 AM
I have a DECT 112 set up as a SIP phone on a mivoice250. I can make calls to other extensions and receive calls on the DECT. But if I dial 400 (for voicemail) or try to access and CRA's that require an input, the numbers I press are not recognised. Does anyone know why the DTMF tones may not be working?

Thanks

In the MIVO250 programming, the call configuration used for the 112 Dect devices, make sure that the DTMF Encoding settings is set for - RFC2833
Under the configuration of the SIP phones make sure DTMF Payload is set for 101

In the Dect 112 programming under Servers make sure the following are set
DTMF Signalling = RFC 2833
DTMF Payload Type = 101
