Hello,
I'm not even sure what this is referring to. Who else is using the recording?
Where is is being imported to? - our Oaisys has been acting up lately. any advice. I can't seem to find any documentation on this error and how to avoid it.
I keep getting similar errors the past few weeks. Servers were rebooted last week. No change.
ALARM: 2035 - PVD Import Failed
MESSAGE: The process cannot access the file 'd:\Recordings\88\0F\01LH32Q.PVD' because it is being used by another process.

only time i have seen this error is when a user was listening to the recording or had it selected in the client software

Thanks for the feedback.. I'm not sure if our system became way more sensitive or maybe it keeps throwing those errors lately.
I wanted to verify the recording so that I could make sure it's visible in Oaisys, however it requires a
"OAISYS STAND ALONE PVD PLAYER" - Any help on finding this software?
