Title: Web management access problems/Problemas de acceso a gestion web
Post by: san_typ on June 14, 2021, 11:54:26 PM
Dear:

Please your help, I have a problem I am trying to enter the web interface (https://172.xxx) of management, but it comes to see the options and does not show the information, additionally the SIP part of the PBX is unstable ( sip trunk and sip extensions).

Maybe you know some way through cli commands to solve this problem ???

I already tried the following:

1)
ts WebServer (stops the WebServer)
tr WebServer (starts the WebServer)
i WebServer (get info on WebServer service)
2)
sm_terminateAllSessions (this logs out all users and prevents all logins)
sm_allowAllOtherSessions (enables logins again)
It didn't work.
3) Other browsers Firefox, google, etc
4) I already restart the PBX

Thank you for the help that you may be able to provide.

May be a browser issue? Try messing with the security setting is in IE, eg add to Trusted Sites.

Adding to what Dogbreath said, I usually have to put version 6 and below in compatibility mode on IE.

I have already added the address of the central but the same problem remains, I will try with an earlier version

Dear:

The fectation was to access the http, the extensions and the SIP trunk.
The version of IE, Chrome or Mozilla had nothing to do with it.
Before troubleshooting, restart the PBX twice.
The real solution was to change the IP of the PBX (obviously I had to reinstall the 5550 IP consoles), that way the system stabilized and the PBX returned to normal.

Thanks for your help.
