Title: MIVCR getting error " waiting for extension association from SRC "

Hi
we have registered micollab softclient as Teleworker ( from public network ) . the teleworker is registered successfully on MBG . the controller is MIVB 3300

the screen shot is attached for your reference

MIVCR ver is 9.1 sp3

What software version is everything running? What device type? Are you set for direct or indirect mode?

MIVCR version - version 9.1

device micollab soft client deployed in teleworker mode . the user is successfully registered on mbg as teleworker user

we have set indirect mode

you must use direct mode for Micollab Softphone recording

i will use direct mode and check , are you sure for micollab softphone on teleworker also we have to use direct recording

teleworker is direct mode always as the RTP is forced to stream via the MBG

the key setting is that the MiVCr needs to be set to direct mode and remove indirect from ICP on MBG
any internal fixed phones will have to be registered to a lan only MBG as the SRC.
