Title: Mitel 3300 snmp

Does any use the snmp function on the Mitel 3300 controllers? What software do you use? Is it hard to setup?

We have a couple customers use it, and we used to have one of ours years ago before it was decommissioned, monitored by WhatsUp Gold. Basically load the mibs and have it monitored and that's it... you will need to set your own thresholds of what to alarm on, but generally if a certain alarm level is raised then you notify. It's fairly simple.

We use MPA  it is fantastic.  Only pay for the probe license if your customer is on PSWAS.  Brilliant and highly recommend.
