Title: Headset Microphone Volume

I have a headset installed on a Mitel 5312 Handset.  The user complains the microphone is too quiet (even with the far end set to maximum volume they can't be heard.)  Is there a way to turn the microphone up?

did you checked the matrix compatibility between your headset and mitel phone ?

Thank you Sunspark.  I bought the headset from our maintainer, so I hope it is.  Do you have a link please to the compatibility list?

you have to go to the website of the brand of your headset, and you will find the compatibility matrix with your phone.
