Title: Active directory integration W/ 3300+MiCollab

Currently all users are being managed manually from the 3300. We we have MiCollab. I am wondering if there is a way to populate AD with the user's extension, automatically using a synchronizing software?

Or would we have to re-work the entire system to have AD create the users to make this happen?

You can populate the micollab from AD.
Sync from Ad to MiCollab and not the reverse

If the phone system has the correct info, and is properly in a cluster with the MiCollab. You can sync the users to AD. Name and email and login need to be correct. Other initial AD sync it will say to add and if you have a match they will become AD integrated users

MIVB and Micollab Can Only READ from AD

normal setup is AD admin adjusts ad with iphone details and user role ,then the micollab and mivb read that data in
