They just sent out EOL for 200 ICP last week.  If you see the EOL for 3300 you will know its over.  Mitel is so cloud bound in a sea of cloud providers. Not to mention they are way to expensive for cloud services....JMO

As of now there isn't one... They just introduced a new hardware platform a couple years back when they rebased the entire software on Linux. Honestly don't see the 3300, or rather MiVoice Business, going away anytime before the end of the decade at the earliest. Then again, who know...

Their partner webinars have product roadmaps going out at least a couple more years, so if they're thinking of retiring it, they're still keeping that to themselves.

Grrr... Missed the 200 EOL announcement. That one has made it a long time, it was the first system I got certified on in 1991... Kind of hoped it would last as long as I did but I still have at least 15 years and it obviously isn't going to make it. lol

And just bid one for a hotel too...

can you migrate SX200 licenses to 3300?

Not normally... There have been Migration Packages in the past, but I haven't seen one for years. Contact your Mitel rep for more details, but they are very different licensing, more like the old 3300 "device" licenses than the newer style licenses so I doubt there is much they can do. \

Knowing your questioning in the other group, if you are a dealer you should reach out to your inside sales rep as there are demo packages you can get that are fairly inexpensive compared to retail versions, but cannot be sold.

My first was the SX2000, and I wasn't certified until 2002 or so....  Even worked on SG cabinets as well when I was a technician working for Mitel.  But always...always hated the sx200s and the 200ICP.

It's funny... I started working on the SX2000's when I changed companies in the mid-2000's, had several large hotels in south-east Minnesota we took care of with them, the cabinets were LIGHT cabinets and they had some weird LS120 floppy drives in them and redundant processors. Absolutely hated working on them, we used to always fight over who would NOT go. At the same time we took care of over 100 hospitality sites with SX200's, was always so easy to work on.
