Title: License problem adding new ip extensions (Not enough licenses message).

Hi all,

I had a problem adding a new IP extension after a new license was charged (with new ip extensions license).
I can see non used sip-extensions licenses.

Can anybody help me?

Mxone Version: 6.0.2.0.21

>ip_extension -i -d 650
Failed to get 1 licenses for tag IP-EXTENSION
Reason: Not enough licenses.


Tag Trial time Allowed Used
============================================= ============ ========== ==========
SIP-EXTENSION 0 203 182

Could another additional parameter be needed for a new sip extension?

Hi all,

The problem was the missing parameter --protocol SIP

Thanks for sharing. IP in MX-ONE is H.323 so you have to specify SIP.
