Title: Mitel 6940 Bluetooth Connection

We have a number of 6940 phones with the bluetooth handset connection. On a couple of these phones, the users are saying that the phone connection gets very choppy with just being a few feet from the base. Cuts in and cuts out as if there is an issue with the bluetooth connection. I have tried to "forget" the handset and re-establish the bluetooth connection, but same issue.

Anyone have similar issues? Fixes?

might be too many other BT devices talking in the area, that will kill your range quickly. You could try a factory default on the 6940 and then re-pair the handset after the factory default, but that may not help if interference is the problem.
