Our Mitel clients are on build 214.100.1252.0. We are on a domain. When people restart their computers and log back and the Mitel client logs them in they get an "Authentication Required" window that is cut off (I've attached a picture). We can replicate this issue with older versions of the client. We can replicate this on any machine (we use Windows 10). We have uninstalled\re-installed. It has done this from day 1. The narrow window makes it difficult and doesn't look right. We opened a support ticket but they had never heard of\seen this.

What is the type of your graphic card?

All types, (NVIDIA Quadro for instance). It happens on virtual machines\laptops\desktops (Dell and IBM). We have a work around, but it still pops up every so aften.

Is display scaling set to something other than 100%?
I’ve found that several Mitel programs don’t scale correctly.
Check it at Settings -> System -> Display. If you change the setting, I recommend a reboot before relaunching the application.

I am running the latest version of the Mitel client, there is a Settings....but no System or Display. I've looked for stuff like that in the client but can't find anything.

Sorry, I wasn’t clear. I’m talking about Windows display settings, not something in the app.

We have tinkered with the Display settings and that has no impact. We may just need to open a ticket back up with Mitel and ask that they fix this in the next release

It isn't one type of card, it happens on all of our machines and we have several different makes\models of systems (and thus graphic cards). Mine is an NVIDIA Quadro K620M (up-to-date driver).
