Have a system where the users say after a system reset they have no call/message history in the user web page. Is this data cleared on a reset/reboot, or do I have a larger issue on this system?

The plot thickens: I'm seeing a Major Reset: Code Change at the same time every day, then the system does a database restore and comes up. Running 6.3.6.21, no active SWA so I can't go to support on this one.

Check under Maintenance to make sure they don't have a daily reset schedule setup.
Also, it could be a power issue as well. We had a system getting brown-outs everyday at the same time, during lunch, and they also shows up as a Code Change.

No Major Reset schedule is set either. But it is strange that it happens at 7:35am. It's a small system, 16 5300 series IP phones and 6 SIP trunks. I'm a legacy 3300/MiVB guy, only been working on the 250's for a year, but this one has me stumped.

So it appears the source of the Major Resets was a dead UPS battery. After the customer replaced that, everything's been happy for a week.
