So I have a user that's attempting to run applications like Reporter and Reporter Pro on her system.
When she opens Reporter Pro, it stops at a specific point (starting reports) and hangs. If I end task the application, sometimes it will open again and work, other times it continues to hang until I've end tasked the application 2 or 3 times, then it will fully open for that session until it's closed.
Any idea what might be causing this? I've tried an uninstall/reinstall with no success. She had a system with Windows 7 and had no issues opening Reporter Pro on that system, just this one.
