Title: MiCollab teleworker not working

We've been trying to use soft phones with more people working from home but we're having some issues. The MGB is in DMZ mode, I have all the ports open based on the documentation but I can still only get the soft phone to work with teleworker turned off and the PC/cell phone connected to VPN. We have desk phones that have been connected via teleworker for over a year now with no issues. Mitel says its being blocked in the firewall, but I don't see anything in the logs of anything being blocked. Does anybody out there use Forinet firewalls and use the soft phones via teleworker?

what kind of "soft phones"? generic sip or something else?

Do  you have the output of the Teleworker Network Analyzer? Retrieve it from the server, go offsite and run it... It is often quite enlightening at finding Teleworker issues.
