Hi, hope someone can help me.
I have a Mivoice office 400(430) system with a 5380 IP phone and I'm unable to activate the call forwarding feature to an external number.
It just shows 'not available' but I can forward calls to internal extensions.
Can anyone assist?

Check if the user is a member or the only/last member of a User Group.

Yes they are the only member in the group.
Even when I bypass the group and point all incoming calls to the user directly I have the same issue

You mean to say you removed the user from user group and still can't forward to external?

Yes then I have the same issue.
I can use the *21 function and forward calls to an internal number but not to external

Do you know how to do a rolling trace? You might be able to find more leads from there.
