Title: call forward to external destination PRI

I have an issue in one of our site with PRI link - when the users try to call forward to any destination (mobile or national number) it works , but when they try to forward (call forward always) to our main number ( in another city) it doesnt work.

we are able to call this main destination , the issue is only when we try to use the call forward always- to this destination.

 i have already open a case , but i have no answer . Any idea please ?

Sunspark, this conerns me:

    -0000001 Description        : Call is not end-to-end ISDN

Do you have QSIG Trunks configured between the offices and a PRI for other calls?

If your EDT trace looks good and the proper digits are going out, might be time to talk to your telco... Normally I would go for a restriction of passing the original Caller ID through, but you say you can forward to other long distance numbers, so I think I would troubleshoot with the telco and find out why they are rejecting the call.

Yes i can forward to others destinations and i'm able to call this destination(only call forward doesn't work for this destination )

Our telco told us that it's a problem between telco.  It's been 5 months that we wait without any solution
