I've been having a heck of a time with a new site that has a small call center using MiCollab SIP softphones and Web Ignite for the agents. Create a new agent (IDS/AD integrated on MiCollab and MiCC-B), get their MiCollab deployed, they can log in to Ignite, but they show a status of "Unknown" and can't change their queue state.

So to fix this one I had to switch my telephone system sync to read-only, completely delete the users with issues, and re-add them from a Telephone System Synchronization.
