Title: MiCC IVR Transfer to external number

Hi,

In a IVR menu, how can I transfer the caller to an external number ? Looking at the Transfer activity's destination property, I can only transfer to an extension, queue, queue group or variable.

Since I don't see my System Speed Call in the extensions tab, I tried to create an extension manually in MiCC with the same DN as my System Speed Call that leads to the external number. It works until the next synchro. MiCC will then disable my manually created extension...

In the properties of the Transfer action you should be able to simply enter a number in the destination field and click on the "External Transfer" checkbox.
