"From anywhere at all other than MiVB" would be my first choice but if you haven't got something else doing reporting [eg MiCC, a SIP gateway, etc] then "sip show active all" will tell you what's using it now.

You can run a trace on the MBG, other than that I think the only other way would be MiCC reports.
I don't think MiVB will tell you which extension is connected to a SIP trunk.

One of the SIP maintenance commands, maybe "sip show all" will show you all current SIP connections including the connected extension at the time, but there's not much for historical data.

something else doing reporting [eg MiCC

Not that it would be much help, apparently - even the current version of MiCC-B says it doesn't report on SIP trunks.

"NOTE: MiContact Center does not support Traffic reporting for SIP Trunks."

Maintenance command "SIP SHOW ACTIVE ALL" will show you all current trunks and devices involved in a SIP call.

Thanks this works - but just in real time.

Can anyone confirm if MICC would have reporting on this?

Can SNMP report on this?

teqwize,

MICC will certainly be able to help you with this reporting. The data you are looking for is SMDR and the MICC will gather this and provide the reports showing the usage of the SIP trunks and the Extensions.
