It seems that the changes I make isn't updating in the call flow. Is there a amount of time I have wait for the change to take effect?
I'm running NuPoint 17.2.0.3.01. We have a new group of users which require a general mailbox. I created the mailbox and call flow.
Option 1 go to mailbox 1059.
Option 2, blind transfer to ext. 5001.
Option 3, blind transfer to ext. 5002 ect..
When I call into the call flow and press Option 0, it takes me to the attendant and not the mailbox 1059. Option 2 does nothing, Option 3 does nothing.
What am I missing that my call flows are not taking effect? Thanks in advance!

Stupid me, after a few hours of messing around. I forgot, in mailboxes, under "class of services," in feature = "22 - Call Director".. Dhuhhhhhh

Okay I have a new problem. I got the Call Director to work, but now I no longer hear the greeting. It rings once and I get "I did not get your response in time. Please try again."
When I get that message, I know the Call Director works because if I push option 1, it takes me to the extension.

I think I need a prompt recording. Okay got it figured out. Now how do I retrieve a recorded greeting from a mailbox into a file to import into this prompt?

Just curious - what did you do to get past this issue? I am having the same problem and can't figure out how to get it to let me record the prompts when I login to the vm box.

ddog, when you log in to the mailbox, press * to access the call director options.

That's what I had been doing, but when I press *, I get prompted to login to the mailbox. Rather than hijack this thread, I'll start my own since I apparently have something not setup properly.

This is from what I know and I may be wrong. I have an dummy extension in 3300 (ext 1234) to route the call to voicemail (mailbox: 1234) in Mitel Application Suite. In the voicemail box (1234) set it to "call director". Call Director is a feature of Mitel Application Suite.
