I'm aware of the option to use Windows Local Group Policy to ensure that the QoS DSCP markings from the MiCollab.exe client are honoured (e.g. media = EF, signalling = 24) on a PC (running Windows 10).
Are there any Mitel published recommendations in relation to the MiCC Contact Centre Client re. QoS/DSCP. I'm aware that I could just repeat the above configuration but for the '.exe' relating to the MiCC client but am wondering if there's any Mitel specific on this.
