Title: Mitel ACD Software?

Hi,
I've been out of the loop for a while...
I need to implement an ACD for our hotel reservations department.
In the past, I've used Prairiefyre....but now it looks like Mitel took it over.
What is the recommended offering for this? I'm trying to find a demo video or user guide etc

It's called Mitel Contact Center now. MiCC for short.

It all depends on what you want to do.  What is your need
