Title: MiCollab Email SMTP Relay Server - Change to Office 365

Hi All,

I need to change the email relay server from our on premises exchange server to office 365. We are sending welcome emails and NuPoint VM are forwarded to their email.
I changed the address in MiCollab Server Manager>Configuration>Email Settings, But emails are still going through our old on premises server.
I tested with Voicemail delivery, and welcome emails.
Any Help is appreciated

For vm you need to edit nupoint form, not micollab

In Nu Point >UM-SMTP I see already my office 365 relay, is there another place that i need to check? is a reboot required?

What does the qmail/current log file show? That should at least give you a clue on where the issue is.

I see that it is still using my old exchange server

Welcome emails and any smtp type of voice mail to email will use the email setting on the MSL
