Title: Mitel ACD MOH
Post by: MitelCurry on February 19, 2021, 11:27:23 AM
My ACD music on hold path option starts at number one, My system music on hold source ID is 0 (zero), now once a recording plays from the ACD path I have no music on hold making the caller think the call has been dropped. Anything helpful would be appreciated.

doing things in order:

if extension A calls extension B and one of the two puts the other on hold, the Moh works?

question 2: what is your workflow in acd? what type of hunt group do you use? and what are you trying to set up.

Assuming he's on a MiVB, I'm assuming he's talking about the music file positions. 0 is the system MOH, but for the music files for the ACD paths, you can only pick from 1 and up. Normally I just copy the same source file to both slots in the System Audio Files Update form, problem solved.
