I have a few users getting above in their MiCollab and not sure what is causing this. Any help to resolve is appreciated.

Could be a lot of things, need some more detail on the problem. First thing to check, though, is to make sure their softphone extension has a Teleworker profile and that the Teleworker information is present for the user's MiCollab Client Deployment profile.

I've gotten this MiCollab softphone unavailable or not configured (after I checked the suggestions of the above poster) if I have not assigned Deployment Profile under my MiCollab user > MiCollab Client tab. You must have a Deployment Profile assigned here. The profile must match the deployment profile assigned under their user profile. This has caused me many headaches. I hope this helps.

I check all of these things under deployment profile and user and the profile assigned is the same.
