I have a user that gets the following error when trying to listen to her vm messages. "The cause load does not exist." This phone is also set up to blink when messages are left for the main line coming in. Not sure if that has anything to do with it. I'm sure you will need more info, please let me know what you need.

Do you use integrated VM or NuPoint? Has it ever worked?

We use NuPoint. Yes it does work if you go through the utility but not if you go through the phone.

What utility are you using? I'm a little confused at the nature of the error too.
What type of phone are you using too?

Using the voicemail portal that allows you to save your vm's then listen to them. Also where you can set up vm to email. Mitel My Unified Communications. I believe it is 5330 IP Phone.

try to restart nupoint server
