Title: How to download/retrieve voicemail message

Hi Guys,

I'm migrating a customer to a different PBX system and I need to keep the same afterhours voicemail message.

Is there a way to download the voicemail from the system?

Voicemail is recorded on the handset itself and I somehow need that MP3 file.

It can be done, but it's not a pretty process. Need to know what VM you're using though, embedded on the MiVB/3300 or NuPoint.

go to the kms : HO2655 - Extract wave files from Nupoint Backup
