Title: Hot Desk and Phonebook Keys

We have some newer phones that are not getting the Phonebook and Hot Desk keys on the LCD screen. Where do we set that on Mitel to have them show up?

Check the Class of Service of one of the ones that have it and make sure the new ones have that same COS.

Unfortunately that wasnt the problem. I doubled checked and a working and non working have the same COS

Im an idiot, rebooted the phones and they are all set. Thank you for your help.

are you using 9xx minet phones or sip phones ?
