Hi All,
First time playing with an 3300 controller. Client needs a second PRI plugged in to the controller. Rebooted system after plugging in, and it doesn't come up. Any ideas, steps or documentation that would help in connecting the line properly? Thanks

Do you have a license for it and added followed the steps in the tech handbook?

Is this on a dual E1/T1 card?

If dual, you may be able to over allocate licenses if you don not have 2. It does need to be fully programmed via the help instructions
