Title: Registering 6940 phone with voice recording service?

What do you have to do to register a 6940 phone with the voice recording service? We've been getting a "No CTI generated for device" error that is apparently being caused because this phone isn't registered with it.

What is the voice recording service? Normally you would need an SRC server to tie in to a recording system.

We're using MiVoice Call Recording. We're pointing the phones to an MBG server.

The SRC and Oaisys can be set to either direct or indirect recording, you can check your setting, more than likely you need to put it in teleworker mode and point it to the SRC server
