We are experiencing the following:
Call comes into main operator, they answer, speak to the person then transfer the call to a hunt group. The calls rings the hunt group until someone picks up, and then call is dropped.
The operator is using the Attendant Console software.
The issue is intermittent.
Anyone have any thoughts? I'm banging my head against the wall here trying to figure out what is going on.

What type of trunks?

It's a T1/PRI through AT&T

What cause code are you getting on the PRI or are you not a certified technician?

I am not a technician on that end, I am the Sys Admin for the company, and manage the Mitel PBX.

Well, I would get a certified technician that understands how to read ISDN Messages and Cause Codes.
They will probably see what is going on fairly quickly if the issue is with the trunking. Of course that depends on how often this occurs and whether or not it occurs while they are monitoring the PRI; you can't keep it up for long without a reset of the PRI.
