Hi All,
I'm new here and to these phones. I'm trying to help out my friends business that just installed the 6930 series phones. After a successful install and test, 2 of the phones are now saying Waiting for IP. I've read through forums and manuals but in short cannot find what I need to do to help fix this issue. Any and all suggestions are welcomed!
Thanks again!

Have those phones ever worked and if not can you plug a functioning phone in to that port and will it work? I would say we get a bad phone maybe 1/500 on the 5300 series but they come in spurts so it's like two in the same week then we won't see another for a handful of months. Haven't done enough 6900 yet to have a feel for them in that regard, but it does happen.

Yes once we set them up they worked. We tested by making outbound calls but within the next few days this now happens. Asking for an update on whether or not a working phone will work on that port. Thanks!

Are there unassigned addresses available in the DHCP range?
I think I’ve seen this type of behavior before when all addresses in the range were already assigned.

Check the DHCP server to ensure that the phones are pulling a lease. As mentioned, maybe the scope is full?

delete all other Dhcp options( 128 ,131,135.....)
keep only : 3 and 125
