/I added 3 new sip phones to a client who has working 5330's. 1 of the phones appears to be dropping calls after 15- 20 seconds. Any idea? Low bandwidth?

You would need a packet capture to figure out the why.
The SIP Messages will tell you why when you see them and if not it will at least narrow it down to a error or a timer that causes the a packet that causes an error.
