Title: Locate DN

Hi

I am trying to locate a DN/Extension.

Runing command LOCATE FEATURE EXTENSION XXX gives me
^{LOCATE: Non prime extension number.                                             
Active Features :                                                               
Service Level: Multi-device}

try :

Gdm check userandservices
gdm repair

then retry locate feature extension

the DN/Ext in question sounds like a group, but its not in ACD path, or hunt/page/ring group.
When i dial that ext , another ext answers the phone.

Update
I see that extension appear in "multiline appearance groups" but I don't see an option to delete.

You have to see which extensions that DN appears on in "Multiline Appearance Groups" and go remove it from each respective extension, I believe. You can modify ringing/line type but can't add or delete from that form.
