Title: Increase number of members in personal ring group

Hi all.

Just wondering if it's possible to increase the max number of members in a personal ring group? We have 8 in it at the moment and need to add another.

We have a 3300 on release 8 SP2 that I have inherited control of.  ::) lol

i don't think , it's by design , but you need to call your mitel dealer , maybe you can increase dimension DB

Thought that may have been the case as I couldn't find anything in system settings or online.

Do you know if there's a similar limit on standard ring groups (not presonal)?

From memory it's 32 for ring groups but it will say in the help under "Conditions and Feature Interactions".

If you're wanting more than 8 members in a personal ring group then you're probably using it in a way the designers had not envisaged.

You cannot increase the number of members in a PRG, you have to use a ring group instead. The maximum members in ring groups are 64 on server-based MiVoice Business platforms; 32 on all other platforms.
