a supervisor asked me why one extension/user is not getting recorded.
when I tried test calls to the extension, the calls are shown in Call Activity of our Office 250 Sys Admin & Diag but not under live calls in Management Studio.
I deleted the user account and recreated it and re-assigned the extension but change.
Any suggestions?

UPDATE - mac addresses were configured incorrectly on two phones in Management Studio > Admin > Recording Manager > Ports
Extensions had MAC addresses for each other.
Correcting that resolved the issue.
