Title: Backup Mivb from MSL

when i try to backup the Mivb from MSL : an error has occured while preparing the system for backup. Plese see log for more information.

Does any one know the name of the logs to check in the "view log files" ?

What happens if you monitor the MiVB via putty?
Anything in the MiVB logs?
You can do a backup from ESM or just do a full MSL backup.

we are using Ex controller
from Esm it works
but not from MSL , i downloaded all logs and found :

Fixed in 9.1 so need to upgrade
